What happened? Description:

I was on a NeonHeights server on October 29th. I had asked around to see in anyone was willing to spycrab for unusuals. The account listed above had stated that they would like to wager their Kill-A-Watt Head Hedge for my Galactic Codex Universal Translator. I had beaten him 1-3 and asked for my reward. He promptly left the server. I added him and asked for his side of the story. I have added our conversation in the evidence area of the report. After a week had passed I sent him a trade request, one he would promptly decline, and then block me on Steam. As of the time of this report, the Kill-A-Watt Head Hedge is still in his inventory.​
