What happened? Description:

I suspect that the aforementioned account is attempting to scam (hijack?) users with accusations of duping or other trade-related offenses. Sir Lee (abbreviated SL) posted a comment on a review of mine accusing me of involvement with duplicated items. In this comment was a link to a guide titled 'Steam Community Service (Fraud Prevention)' which, while thorough, is written in broken English and makes multiple references to being a part of Steam or Valve. The guide is authored by a private profile. Furthermore, a list of 'Steam Official Admins' in the guide contains what appears to be some REAL middlemen, however they are all listed as offline or otherwise unavailable. This leaves SL as the only available online 'Admin'. A doctored screenshot of his/her SteamRep page appears in the guide with multiple accolades, even a Valve Employee stamp (which is off-center and crudely added to the image). Upon viewing SL's profile, there are multiple comments from several users with concerns about similar accusations. His custom URL is desperately trying to appear official.

Everything about this is suspicious, and I have already flagged both the guide and his/her account for review on Steam. I am reporting him/her because of the fraudulent SteamRep image that appears in the guide.​
