What happened? Description:

Have reason to believe the Individual I am filing this report against is an alt account of a scammer.
He added me to trade for keys and a refused his offer. After checking out his rep I decided to investigate his sales (as i intended on buying keys instead)
I then noticed the lists of banned people they were all connected to and also noticed he had been boosting his steam level in order to appear more legit.
I then question him regarding his affiliation with the scammers and he stated they traded knives for keys yet the +rep he was given states
"Legend B > Ruby / Sapphire 9 Jul @ 4:51pm
+rep Good and 100% legit trader. I went first and Got money through paypal"

I have reason to believe, mostly due to his attitude and poor language use (seeing as he is allegedly from Canada), that this account is another alternate that aims to scam people.
Shall include chat log and various screenshots regarding his rep from suspected scammers.​

Provide Evidence:

Have enclosed photos of chat log and fake rep.​

So user is trying to convince people he is trusted because he has a high level Steam Account and also trying to claim that Steam Support will protect the customer (even though items can no longer be returned)

This guy is so annoying admin T_T he just ruin my day right now T_T

Further addition, after informing the suspected alt account I had created a Steam rep report he decided to remove my comment on his profile as well as block me. In replacement of my comment he suspiciously moved form being online via pc to his mobile whilst the +rep came through.
