What happened? Description:

The problem started where the guy wants to buy my shadow daggers for the same avg steam price then he wants to discuss it on discord which was the first red flag, I went along to see how far this scammer would take it and what method. Second he wants to do the payment method via payal, which I agreed and then he went on to show all the 'evidence' for how trusted he is as a trader, his profile looked legit with 54,000 trades and other market transactions.

The Green flags were:

* Public inventory
* trades made: 54,000 ~
* A decent looking comment section
* his trade history looks alright

The red flags:

*HIs Paypal transaction didn't go through even though it said it went through and it sometimes takes 30 minutes for the payment to go through but he wasn't willing to wait for 30 minutes to go by

* He agreed to wait for the money to go through first then I send my trade offer, but after he "sent" the money, I was just waiting for it to come through then proceeding to confirm the trade made

*He accused me of trying to scam him even though, I was willing to wait with him for the money to come through before accepting the trade

*He wants the victim to trade first before he sends the money as shown to his trade history which he might've scammed a lot of people​
