What happened? Description:

Hi, sorry my previous report was invalid, this was my first time using this website besides using to check peoples reputations. This person added me in a casual game. He didn't say much for the first few days of adding him, but a week into having me as a friend he tried to get to know me and be friendly. He said he was coding a new gambling website (csgoshield.cf, don't click it), and needed my help to test it. I logged in, tested it, gave feedback and all was good. This happened for the next couple of days when he asked me whether he could purchase my knife. He said it was through OPskins, and since i trust OPskins and was aware to make sure the security code was correct before trading with a bot, i accepted. I trusted him as his steamrep was clean and he is lvl 120. He made me pay for a private listing and i listed my knife. He offered $71 for it. I put my knife up but a few minutes later it sold for 0.03c. I confronted him but he blocked me. I got a notification on my email saying a new IP address has logged into my account from United Kingdom, meanwhile i live in Australia. This means he hacked into my opskins account via the fake gambling website. This may seem like a weird story, i'll explain why this means he scammed me in the evidence section. The scam happened on 20th of August at approximately 7:00PM (Australian Eastern Time Zone)​

I couldn't get a screenshot of the steam chat as he blocked me, but he contacted me on twitter this morning (Tuesday 20th of August) (i live in Australia so my dates are different to yours) boasting and rubbing in my face that the report i previously did was invalid.

I tried adding to the attached files showing that this twitter account is actually his but i got an error message, i uploaded the video to youtube:
