What happened? Description:

This guy had approached me and said he wants to help me trade up my Bayonet Marble Fade. I said to him. "How can I trust you" He responded I traded to an M9 Doppler (which he had in his inventory) from a neon revolution. He then said he met a random guy in comp and traded his karambit to an m9 fade and the guy who "has" the m9 commented on my profile saying he cashed out the m9 fade. Really sketchy scam attempt. I didn't trust him when I checked his SR and saw 3 of his friends banned by SR.​

I warn you not to trust this individual as this is might be a new scam. If we can get this potential "scammer" trade banned with his m9 this might help the community and will be a huge blow for him. Hope this saved your skins!

I wasn't scammed just trying to inform the community of a new scam method. This is one rare scam that I have never seen in my years of trading. Please be aware and careful. Never trust someone in the internet you never met irl. I will only trade/borrow my items to individuals who I meet on a daily basis. e.g Family members, school friends, relatives, etc.​
