    What happened? Description:
    The accused is impersonating with intend to scam.
    Profiles are identical. The Fake one (76561198384146917) is stating on his profile that this is the only account while it's been created after the original one - (76561198023163691). They have the same name and profile picture.​

    You can't just report someone for what they have on their profile without clear intent ..that could be the user in chat trying to pass themselves off as that other user.
    What you provide shows no intent to defraud - a similar name/picture profile isn't enough to prove intent.
    Rejected.
