The account in question is an account of a previously banned scammer joe;

Joe and Asahel Frost (both banned in steamrep) run a steam scamming scheme in which Frost claims to be a
valve developer who "check items" for validity and they even have a disguised community post to support their scam idea: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=954360978

These people have scammed approx. thousands of dollars from people using this very method. They asked me to trade my items to Asahel for "verification" but I declined once I realized what actually was going to go down. After I called them out asahel unfriended me and I haven't heard from joe ever since, although he tried really hard to convince me to trade my items to Asahel.​
