    What happened? Description:
    Added to see if I could strike up a deal with him. Went into a stupor about wanting to buy my items off market (except he/she’s presumably banned from the market) and offered to pay me PayPal or steam card for my stuff.
    Despite my protests, continued to ramble and sent me a trade offer for some of my items (where I receive nothing in return).​

    Decline offer and move on - not much of any evidence to show the user trying to scam you.
    Users send random offers all the time but that doesn't prove anything.
    Seems they were just overly excited and wanting to really trade - if you don't want to then don't...rather simple.
    PC screenshots if you submit a report again pls.
