What happened? Description:

He said he found me when I opened a knife on Farm Skins. This player scammed me, he was offering CSGO items, and we agreed I would buy Dota 2 items on Bitskins and then trade them to him for his backpack. We agreed to split it into four transactions. The first time I sent him $800 worth of Dota 2 items and then after that trade we was going to send them to me, but magically, his steam guard stopped working! So we waited 15 days (which ended up magically turning into 12 days) and then when the 12 days were over I bought another $850 worth of Dota items on Bitskins and then sent them through a trade, this time he sent a CSGO spray. Then after, once again, it "didn't work". I was so trusting, we also made an agreement that we wouldn't move onto the third transaction until the second was completed and I got items. A day passes and he then goes on to state that he wants FULL payment and wants me to give him MORE money and that he is trying to sell in account to me, which is already suss, I asked to see steam support letters as well to which he said "do you not trust me?" at this point I was not trusting at all because he had $1650 of my money and I had not received a single item. He then said he will not give any of my money back or any items until I pay in full, which is not what we agreed, then he basically said its his way or the highway. So now I'm down $1650 and still have no CSGO items from him.

Unfortunately our messages were all on Discord and I know there is a policy about having it in steam only chat, but I have the trade proof and also have bank statements, If there is anything else I can do please let me know.​
