    What happened? Description:
    They added me asking about my knife, i said OK but when they asked me to send a trade offer for their fac new Vulcan, i sent one they said "add more skins" i said ok and when i went to send a trade offer again their fac new vulcan was switched out for a well worn one.​

    No evidence of any scam here - if you send the user a offer YOU are the one putting items in not the accused - we have no idea if the user had the item in question at that time or not be they should be the one sending the different offer not you otherwise there is no scam.
