What happened? Description:

This man tried to deceive me for a long time, rubbing himself in trust. He offered to exchange my skins for me. After a long dialogue I sent him an exchange beforehand by checking everything. He declined the exchange and told me to add 1 more skin. When I tried the second time to send the exchange, he already had this skin of a different quality. I said that I would send a complaint for the fraud and he added me to the blacklist.

This person has level 52 in the incentive. And I believe that it must be blocked or at least be branded as a deceiver. Inattentive people could buy into his tricks.​
