    Scam Report

Report Type: [Trade Offer Fraud] Using Trade Offer URL fraud
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198391540553

    Victim profile: 76561198091882677

    What happened? Description:
So a couple of days ago I reported a scammer with 2 accounts. One of his accounts got a community ban bot the other (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198391540553) didn't. The tread was archived but the second account isn't community banned or SteamRep banned. I just wanted to bring this to the staff's attention and ask them to SteamRep ban his second account, we can't let him get away with one of his accounts. His second account was actually the one taking skins in so he could still operate and scam people completely fine if they dont see the community ban on his main account. It would also be nice to get the other account banned even tho it has a community ban. Thanks! for reviewing purposes, here is the link to the first thread https://forums.steamrep.com/threads...ke-global-offensive-items.181173/#post-474585 also he reskinned his account but you can still see the steam name is "[OPSKINS] Bot #0060" just further proof of it being a scam.

There is no evidence against this account other than using the opskins bot name.
Did you get a trade offer from it or no?
That is why I didn't tag the account in that report was there was no evidence of any involvement.

Yes it was all in the screen recording of the discord call and full story uploaded to YouTube and attached to the tread. I received 2 or 3 I think. Screenshots attached for your convenience. He claimed to be an official OP Skins bot. He said he wants to make sure all the items are marketable on OP Skins (which btw i think takes all skins? not 100%) and here is a link to the YouTube video starting at a time stamp where he tells me to do it. watch from 24:45. you only need to watch till 30:30. He tells me to select all guns, tells me not to click deposit and he tells me to unchecked and check a stupid box and then reload the page which would essentially do absolutely nothing. After which he sent a trade offer from his fake bot account. If you need further proof I can provide more :) or you can watch more of the video.

He also sent me a trade offer after repeating the same thing from the same account, with the same bot, with the same fake security token if that helps. That's found later into the video.
