What happened? Description:

The user (onno in this case) had a friend of mine (Trusty)convinced he was with steam support, saying that he had accidentally reported me for having duped items, he asked me to add the account of the scammer, which I did. Upon adding the account on steam I noticed he lacked any indication (such as the Valve logo next to their name, or being part of the steam group) so I steam rep'd them and found no reputation for them. I called out the user on this and he then proceeded to block me.​

and how come your steamrep doesnt come up with any reputation
theres also the issue that steam support doesnt contact people over steam to my knowledge
