    What happened? Description:
    Said he would send $700 dollars on paypal for my Butterfly Knife Ultraviolet Minimal wear and didn't send the money.​

    Provide Evidence:
    He agrees to send the 700 dollars through paypal and pressures me into not using bit skins like I asked. He sent me a picture of him on the confirm screen for the transaction of the 700 dollars through paypal but he has deleted it (https://gyazo.com/cdb2cab4156d435666e18b3710e00cf3 you can see this link in screenshot 112 but its deleted now) but didn't send it and then blocked me on steam.​

Also need a screen shot of your Paypal ACTIVITY (not Summary) for several days beginning with the date before this trade..full screen DO NOT edit this shot in anyway.
