    What happened? Description:
    he first asked me to send a offer for his item, after i sent the offer he asked me if i could add some other cheap skins in the offer, atm he quickly replaced his item with a low condition one.​

    @Po Ta To no agreement noted - also you sending the user offer doesn't prove the user is trying to scam anyone as you are the one putting items in not them.
