Do you have any context to go with this report - basically would need to show contact with the accused before your reporting them otherwise your just finding users out in the wild to report which we don't want.

Reason I'm asking here is this is in fact the 3rd report for this activity and its as if your just searching these users out to report is not something we want users doing but rather if they come in contact with the accused in some form.

So while the other reports were accepted they each had things on their own to be acceptable - and they were ALL acceptable in the format for which they were in to apply tags to each user.
Now this user may be completely guilty (I've not completed the report yet) but I'm asking simple questions to just answer then I'll finish reviewing all the evidence.

@druly Just please reply to my question so I can complete report - I've already tagged the user accounts however I would like to go over a few things and what we expect in the future when or if you report another user doing this act.
