What happened? Description:

This person added me and was interested in my Tesla Coil Hong Kong Cone, and was offering a Misty Skull Charmer's. He sent me an offer on it. What happened was that it was his alt that sent a trade offer, which is already banned on Steamrep, sent me an orbiting planets one, which he was trying to trick me into accepting it.
