What happened? Description:

Bought keys on Gameflip for RL. Was told they were not tradable yet, and would not be until the window of time for auto completion on the website was done. Argued back and forth where he admitted to scamming others in the past, but totally not this time. 1​

When you search your profile on steam someone has you listed as a scammer . 2 No one buys trade locked keys in game to then sell them at a loss. 3. There are two reports on SteamRep of you scamming. 4. Im not waiting until Saturday for keys that will never come so your window to be rated on Gameflip closes. Capitão is it?

So you are saying you bought the keys with pressuably real money to then sell them for less? You can't even buy untradable keys from others so you are saying exactly that you bought them IN GAME for more than you are asking for them back.

DrownedToSleep: Why would you not deliever when the dispute is open? You have protection and proof you delivered. I check that it is closed and dealt with and we move on. I buys keys ofen and it is also instant and tradable kesy they actually have ready to go. All you would have to do is have a screenshot that the trade was done and boom there is your proof. I'm not removing my only protection so you can wait until time is up in 48 hours so it auto completes. I got money thanks that isn't the issue
KlZkS: I do not deliver with the open dispute, the self evaluation time as you said it is 2 days and 12 hours, the self evaluation occurs when the time ends so if you close the dispute the time will come back if I do not deliver ENOUGH OPEN AGAIN, I will not deliver with it open because I will not risk it being canceled while I deliver, if you do not want to receive just look for another seller I will not deliver while it is open
