    Victim profile: 76561198119636927

    What happened? Description:
    Sent accused money on paypal for skins and user then blocked and removed me. We agreed on $21 USD for 14 keys. I sent the USD then converted to where he lives CAD. After waiting after he said he would accept I eventually realized he blocked and unfriended me.​

    @Hoodrich CloutDoggles Need to see a full screen of the paypal transaction open from within paypal. also Full screen of paypal activity for last week till present.
    Then I need screenshots thru steam client showing all trades from Aug 13th till now.
