    What happened? Description:
    Hello, want to report this guy. He not scammed me because i'm smart. But he also tried to scam my friend, with buying/selling skins. He saying he's buyer/seller of skins. Trying to persuade that he trusted buyer, has lots of proofs and reps. Have a nice day. Just want to other people be carefull of this guy.​

    Provide Evidence:
    he tried to scam me and my friend. Just in case reporting him to help other people avoiding him.​

    Sorry but you provided zero evidence of any scam here - nothing provided shows the user is guilty of any wrong doing and only made the report based off the assumption they were doing something bad. The user is already tagged/banned here anyway so not sure why you were dealing with them to start with.
    You don't want to deal with them then don't.
    Declining report since nothing here provided suggests the user is guilty of any wrong doing in this situation.
