What happened? Description:

So this all started with a guy called Wild cat contacting me over steam about an opportunity about making money about 50 dollars a week advertising a gambling site, which made me intressted.

I was pretty much aware of this being a scam but as i dont care about my tf2 items anymore i was like meh, there could be a 80% that i will get scammed but also a 20% that i will get some money out of this

The things i had todo was simple, just put the name of the site on my profile, but after that he wanted me to go on the site and put in a small bet, and he would make me win over that pot.
He even let me pick one from the pot and let him win.

It made me very happy that the pot also went up to about 500 dollars, which i actually won.
So i wanted to withdraw all of the items but it poped up an error saying that you need to win 2 times, i was like ok, so he told me, put in another bet but make the bet 10% of the pot so they wont suspect that this is rigged, so i put in 10% of pot, but suddenly a lot of people joined the pot and the pot went up to 1000 dollars and my 10% became 4%.

And then he was like, dude thats not 10% but i let you win. so i won again. i won 1500 dollars in total, i was shocked but also had a sneaky suspicion that this is fake, so when i tried to withdraw all of my items that i won i couldnt. because i won with a low win chance?
I mean come on?

I also starting to notice that the chat started to reapeat itself over and over with the same dialouge

So he tells me that i have to verify with a bot that wants a certain % of the winning price.
Which is like all my expensive items.

At the moment i realize i've been scammed. and thats why im writing this report, so other people wont fall for this stupid scam like i did.
