    What happened? Description:
    Offered Stattrak AK-47 | Vulcan (Factory New) for my knife and a few other skins, I sent him a trade offer and he asked me to swap one of the skins; I agreed to. When I went to send the second offer, he swapped the ak for a well-worn one that was worth a significantly less amount of money. Luckily, I noticed and called him out and he un-friended me.​

    Unable to confirm this report for multiple reasons - first off if YOU send the user an offer how are we to know you didn't over look the correct item you were looking to put into the trade box..or it was there and you didn't select it... no screenshots of that, can't see into the accused pack - its private.
    Basically you can't prove this is a scam in anyway - if someone declines an offer make sure they resend it not the other way around otherwise you can't prove this no matter how hard you try.
