What happened? Description:

Typic messaged me out of the blue even though we hadn't made any contact for at least a month, stating that I was chosen as the winner of his giveaway, and that I'd be receiving $200 into my Steam Wallet just by sending him my Steam username, which was already suspicious enough. He sent a screenshot of a fake PayPal tab, and requested that I give him my username so that I could receive "only" $200 from him. Shortly after this, I gave him the username of my other account, and shortly after, he was offline. I tried to log into my old account, but I couldn't get in. I searched this whole "sending steam wallet funds via PayPal" online, and turns out there isn't any way to directly do that, unless it was with those steam wallet codes.​

Provide Evidence:

Three screenshots are provided, one with the chat of me and Typic alongside his profile, a screenshot of the fake PayPal method he sent me, and the last screenshot being his different set of profile URLs from SteamID finder. The chat history has also been given in this report.​

here's the process of sending the gift to your account, it needed your steam log in username so that it can be easily recognize by sending the gift
