    What happened? Description:
    He/She just randomly added me and wanted to 'Upgrade' My items. When i said i didn't want to he said he alraedy has a good inventory, but when i checked, his inventory wasn't anymore than 100$​

    Not enough evidence - no idea what "improve" means...could mean to trade them up and you don't know if they would have followed thru or not.
    Sketchy yes but just too much reasonable doubt.
