What happened? Description:

After I sent an invite to the actual trader Arcan (as listed in Victim Info), the impersonator sent me an invite asking to buy the keys I was going to sell to Arcan.
He had his Steam name and avatar changed to match Arcans exactly, and had this in his profile description -
"This is my DISCUSSION ACCOUNT, I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY FRIEND REQUEST. IF YOU WANT TO TALK COMMENT ON MY MAIN FIRST SO I CAN ADD YOU ASAP." He's now changed his username and profile pic.​

Alright this is the 3rd attempt submitting this report, the attachment seems to be having problems so I'll be uploading to imgur for now. It keeps redirecting me to an info page when I've done an attachment.

I've attached how his profile looked when he sent me the invite, impersonating Arcan. Then just the chat. He may have covered at the end saying the keys will be sent to his main account, the Victim one, when I said he was probably a scammer. Regardless I've asked the main whether this was actually his discussion account or not and will soon get an answer. I'll post it here.

Oh yeah, one more thing. His customURL is a fake one made to look like a real ID64.

This report has been uploaded 4 times because of a bug - it kept redirecting me to the safe trading page after uploading either 1 or 2 images. When I checked back on either mine or the scammers steamrep the report wasn't there.
They should all be the same copy pasted, please use this one though and disregard the rest as this one actually has all 4 screenshots.

Alright, so I came across the actual trader on this reddit post.

I comment on his post, then go to his Steam account, leave a comment on his Steam Profile, and send him an invite.
Moments later this guy adds me, Steam profile set up to look like Arcan's account, calling it his "Discussion account". I ask whether he's Arcan and why he's contacting me through this account, to which he says he doesn't trade on his main account. Says that unless I doubt him we are to proceed with the trade of 100 keys for $175 as stated on the post of the real Arcan.
I'm not sure what else you need. He seems good at covering for himself after, but it's pretty clear he's impersonated Arcan, tried to scam me, then left and changed his profile outlook multiple times after.

There's no URL to another account, it wasn't really necessary for the impersonator, with his profile looking like the one he was impersonating to link the account he was impersonating as well and I didn't ask. He did say he was Arcan, that the other Arcan was his main, and tried to resume my trade with the other guy. Unfortunately this is all the chat I got before he removed me, as it became clear the scam was a fail.
The intent to defraud was on him impersonating the other Arcan, then attempting to proceed with the trade I offered to the real Arcan, a key for PayPal trade. The guy already has 2 similar reports from the last 2 months on BP.tf https://backpack.tf/trust/76561198423686552.

You'll just have to decide whether this was enough - He added me clearly trying to impersonate Arcan, out of the blue after I've commented on the actual Arcans post and profile (first screenshot). Says he's Arcan himself, but a discussion account, with the other one being his main account (impersonation - 2nd screen). Tries to proceed with the trade I discussed with the real Arcan, involving keys and PayPal (intent to defraud/scam - 3rd screen). Removes me the moment I call him a scammer and changes his profile picture and name very many times. Hi, the "victim" here. User who made the report wanted me to testify and so can confirm that the accused is an impersonator going around pretending to be other people.
