    What happened? Description:
    I encountered this person though a discussion post, where he send phishing links, i pulled up his Steamrep knowing he was banned, to show the others in the thread, and was stunned to find out he wasen't banned!

    I see no evidence of a scam here - we don't review reports accusing others of being alts either.
    Just because you believe it doesn't mean or prove its true.
    Please don't submit reports here accusing others of being an alt account of another.
    As for the phishing accusation alone would have made the report Invalid upon policy.
