    What happened? Description:
    First he gave me a really sketchy link and of course im new and clicked on it and logged in. He then impersonated one of my friends and got me to send the knife to my friends to "see if i would get tradelocked" and he took my knife. There are also about 9 or 10 more high tier skins in the fake accounts inventory.​

    Your friend? What account was that? What account impersonated your friend? You completely left way too much info out and didn't describe this well.

    What? There are more accounts involved right? Plus that Valve community ban can sometimes be temp.
    So I highly suggest you follow up @stzzyy
    Otherwise no point in submitting reports here if you don't follow procedure.

    its not temporary his account got deleted. There are no more problems.

    You don't know anything is temp... the account can be restored and others have been with this current scam tactic being used if the account was found to be compromised and recovered.
    I know what I'm talking about here - I've seen a few hundred of these cases come in front of me thus far. Since you apparently don't wish to provided any additional evidence I'm rejecting report for lack of follow up.
    Future reports you submit will require follow up with what we require to review vs wasting our time.
