    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198445317265

    Victim profile: 76561199011060368

    What happened? Description:
We agreed to have me go first with $30 for his engineer unusual. He clearly says in one of the screenshots that he WILL send the unusual once he sees this first payment. He gets the payment and adds a random trading card into the trade to force a trade hold and tells me that it's my fault. Instead he could just have removed the trading card and it would have gone through smoothly.
Now I'm waiting for my money to come back because he refuses to refund me.

    Provide Evidence:
    Full chat logs.
Picutres of the trade offer he sent.
Pictures that confirms I've sent him the paypal money and that I haven't got it back yet.

Ok so explain this a little more? You didn't accept the offer because you were getting an item that would force a trade hold? Did the trade go thru?
I need the paypal transaction in English also
