    What happened? Description:
    I was asked to make a trade with this person. I agreed and then the person said they wanted a Steam Community Helper to validate my items. After long conversation, I ended up losing my M9 Bayonet Damascus Steel to a trade scammer who used 3 accounts against me. I have evidence of the entire conversation & ultimately just seek justice and for these 3 accounts to be trade banned, not only for myself but to also prevent such scams to other people.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I uploaded a GYAZO image of the one they sent me before I made my trade offer, which made me believe it was real because of the mechanics it had, saying it was validating the item and that it was locked by Valve. All my evidence is provided through the conversations that I've posted. With that said I hope you are able to trade ban "samalex0", who was the main trade scammer, "ᏦᎪᏒᎽᏞᎪ", the culprit who faked as a Steam Community Helper, and "ITEM DATABASE", which is the account whom I made my trade offer to and who took my stolen knife. If there is any actions you are able to take to make justice of this situation, please contact me at [email protected] because I understand that Steam doesn't return items anymore so all I truly want is to know that those 3 accounts be taken out of the streets so they can do no harm to others like me again.     Unfortunately, I can't confirm you were ever in contact with this user. In order to prove who you were talking to, please go to your Activity in a web browser and find where you added the accused user, please take a screenshot with your cursor hovering over the avatar of the accused such that their URL shows up in the bottom left of the screen, please do this in the Steam client as well (although the URL won't show up in the bottom left).

    Additionally, we are not affiliated Valve and therefore cannot issue trade bans within Steam, we can only ban people on SteamRep, a number of community sites and servers do ban based on our tags though.
