    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198796999003

    Victim profile: 76561198190102759

    What happened? Description:
    Common PayPal invoice scam. Agreed to Pay 75 USD. Gave the item to one of his friends. Never received the money. Met the scammer on Alias trade server. Scammer has an inventory of 17,000 USD.​

    Proof of me trading with his friend and gaining nothing
    Proof of the friend blocking me
    Proof of the original scammer blocking me
    Proof of the scammer and the person I traded with being friends

    Yes 100% absolutely required.
    Its vital to have to investigate a report like this otherwise we have no idea what the formal agreement was and it you really were talking to this user for that transaction.
