What happened? Description:

I advertised on my profile that I was selling a Green Confetti Stainless Pot. This is the hat: https://backpack.tf/item/198331308 My name is up there so you can see I recieved it from another user who was selling it. The guy who scam me said "I want to buy your hat ect." he then said "please can you send it to another friend to "verifiy" it". I went on my friends and clicked this profile: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198240892546/ I then sent the unusual hat to them. I messaged them before hand to tell them I was doing this. He then said he hadn't recieved the item. I went on my item history and this is what I saw: https://gyazo.com/4f5027b945a12e8bb476b1c5a9627186 Apparently I traded with this user (who keeps changing names/profile pics) instead of my friend. This is their backpack (which has my unusual) https://backpack.tf/u/76561198829506521 I am not sure how I traded this user instead of my friend because if I traded this scammer I'm reporting it would appear on the history of the unusual hat and if he changed names it would appear on steam.​
