    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] Other cash fraud (webmoney, bitcoin, etc)
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198807153805

    Victim profile: 76561198283552568

    What happened? Description:
This person added me in Steam and said that he was interested in my Bowie fade knife. We began to discuss the price and terms of sale. He offered a price higher than the market, which seemed suspicious to me. Throughout the conversation, he showed me his trade history to show that he has a high reputation and that I should send the item first and only then he will send the money. I agreed and chose the method of transferring to a visa card. I sent him an trade offer and a card number in a comment, after which I began to expect a money transfer. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went into the visa payment card settings and saw a limit on online purchases of $ 2, I took it as a transaction limit, changed it and wrote to him. As a result, it turned out that this was not a transaction limit, but a purchase limit, as mentioned above, and this person simply added me to the blacklist in the steam. In the end, he simply took advantage of my inexperience in the trading and stole my knife. At the time of our communication, he had a steam url https://steamcommunity.com/id/KratosGodOfficial27 but after this happened changed it to https://steamcommunity.com/id/KratosGodOfficial28 apparently in order to make it harder to find. I suspect that 28 is the number of people he tricked after which he changed the steam url. Below I leave screenshots with Steam correspondence and the trade history.

    Provide Evidence:
Card history is empty because it was created that day and it shows that money was not send.

I'll need FULL screenshot of that Visa account activity for the last 48hours till now - it must highlight the same account number some where on the screenshot.
No edits of this is permitted - once you submit it I will hide it along with other evidence of your number above.
I'll also need a FULL screenshot of your trade inventory history again - open it in a web browser, hover your mouse pointer over users name so it shows up the Steam URL at the bottom.

In the future I suggest you just use something like venmo or whatever and not give out your card number.

The VISA account activity is empty because it was created recently.

ok I"ll review this again soon - I've hidden all the screenshots that included your visa number - I've also just removed all of the copy/pasted chat text...we can't accept it anyway but I couldn't tell what was what in it to remove for the card info so I just got rid of it all.
