    What happened? Description:
    I was spam messaged 4 times about a 50 dollar steam giftcard that the scammer "cannot redeem for himself." The site url the hyperlink redirects to is: https://gift-50.com/732575346253474

    The link is flagged as suspicious by every scam checking website I have found. Although I do not want to click on the site as it might be an IP grabber too, I reckon it will ask me to sign in through a fake steam login popup and get my credentials and will act like an API scam.

    The victim is me although I have not fallen for the scam, the user should still be banned for the attempt. I think I met them through a Greek retake group I am part off and I am pretty sure they have been on my friends list for years and just send me those messages after I got a few expensive skins recently.

    The provided evidence is the best way I can show the chat logs as there is no option to display the user's url through the steam messages popup. Also I am going to report them through steam too right after this report.​

    Unfortunately, SteamRep does not accept reports dealing with hijacking/phishing/hacking -Due to current Investigative Policy

    This includes anything to do with API key requests, wrong or misspelled URL's and sites requesting logins of any type in attempts to steal your credentials.
    These are phishing/hijacking attempts and are not to be reported to SteamRep!
    This was clearly noted to you BEFORE You sent to submit the report - please do not ignore our policies/notifications that are there to read before submission.

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
