Unfortunately, SteamRep no longer as of 5/18/2019 reviews or accept reports dealing with any Fake Gambling site or scam sites - Due to current Investigative Policy

This includes anything random sites that a user gives you for a chance to win anything. Gambling sites are against Steam TOS also therefore you should avoid these users, delete them, report them to Valve instead as noted below.

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accuseds profile
2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

READ that link - understand it and know that we do not review certain things here. This report would also be INVALID on the same link noted that your evidence isn't in English and we therefore do not review it here. Stop submitting reports here that are clearly noted on this link that you've been given several times now by me and the site prior to submitting the reports of things we do not review.
