The suspect, added me and proceeded to show me his displeasure of having accidentally reporting me. Proceeded to even send me a video of his supposed "friend" getting trade banned as a result of the trade. He proceeded to link me a "Steam Admin" that could deal with the issue, and if I had not contacted him within an hour, I would've gotten banned. What pursued afterwards are some of the funniest events.

Just reported all 3 to Valve, the main one under Theft or Scam, and the other 2 under impersonation.
It seems that https://steamcommunity.com/id/ItemsChecker74324112/ now has a public inventory which is pretty strange. Either way, thanks for the quick reply to the thread.

Also I'm quite unsure if the item checker account could be hijacked as it runs under no other alias besides PROGRAM: Items Checker Database

It had just come to my realization that there was an update where people could remove their previous alias, so it might be true that it is a hijacked account. Seeing that they've posted reviews before like actual human beings. Also thanks for the quick response, I appreciate everything you've done for this community for the past many years (even since my old reports).
