    What happened? Description:
    He got my hopes up saying that he would give me an ursus knife blue steel for my entire inventory (worth $120) and got me to send it to him, after that he ran into a "problem" where he couldn't send me the items due to my being "reported" for fraud.​

    He got me to go to discord by blocking and unblocking me, and saying that my network must be bad on steam.​

    Sorry you have zero acceptable evidence of any scam here - nothing thru discord is acceptable only steam chat screenshots.
    You are reporting a STEAM user not a Discord user and you clearly went to discord to discuss things which lost that formal agreement.
