What happened? Description:

I found his listing for the Dota 2 Lina skin "Glory of the Elderflame" on Dotagiftx.com and added him on Steam. I asked if it was available and he messaged me back on Steam letting me know it was. I confirmed the asking price, $6, and we agreed to do it over Paypal. I do not have a screenshot of this inital conversation as I was unfortunately still trusting at this point. However, all the trade information was reconfirmed in the screenshot from today. A month goes by (this was 10/11) till today when I finally messaged him asking if he was ready to trade. He responds immediately and says yes. We reconfirm price and payment method. He sends his email over and I pay the $6 to the email. Several minutes go by before he finally responds, confirming my payment but saying he cannot send it right now and must send it later. I have since got him banned from Dotagiftx (via their Discord, he had two other claims against him) but would like to make sure it is documented here as well. There was another claim posted against him by "avenue" late last night, this was one of the reports posted in the Dotagiftx Discord by the way!​

Provide Evidence:

This is the chat log from this (11/15) morning at 8:37 AM EST. I'm just now realizing I probably should have removed the nickname for the use of the screenshot but he has unfriended me now. However, the uncensored email that I sent payment to is the same as his username on Steam so I feel that compensates for it. The contents of the chat log is: me asking if he is ready to trade, him confirming the payment method (Paypal), him correcting me on the price of the item (which is $1 more than what we initially agreed on as I forgot I had saved the day and price in my calendar but can't prove the original $5 price so it doesn't really matter), the gap between the payment sending and him responding, him confirming the payment was received, and then bailing on sending over the item. [I would include the text format but he has since unfriended me and I didn't think to copy and paste the chat log.]

Pictured is the Paypal transaction with the last four digits of my card censored. If you would like another non-censored version, I'd rather DM it to a single person than post it publicly if possible. This verifies the email from the chat log which is further linked to the steam profile. The payment amount is the same from the chat log as well. I even included a note in the payment stating that it was for the Lina skin.
