What happened? Description:

After gaining an unusual midnight whirlwind party trick he friend requested me and quickly offered services as a broker. Being inexperienced in such a thing and looking at his profile he had multiple people saying rep+, 6000 trades an unprivate inventory and a possibly irrelevant fact but many large titans in the tf2 community such as Sexysparta owner of Mannco.trade. I trusted him and sent it expecting it and a sum of profit for my time and I never did get it back in short.​

As you can obviously see through inventory history it has been over a full over at the least and he has it displayed on his steam profile as up for trade.​

I don't think it matters, but his profile is now private which is a pretty general standard for scammers to follow.
