What happened? Description:

I've gotten a new Stiletto Knife | Marble Fade into my inventory so the person behind this profile noticed and wanted to buy it. He wanted to process the transaction via a middleman from

The Steam group-chat with the "middleman" began and after he worked out that the knife is still on trade hold for another 4 days, he said he'll be ready for the trade after those 4 days again. The first indicator of him being a scammer: He obviously looked up the profiles that recently added me as friend and told me that they're ALL potential scammers. With this he definetly wanted to scare me off from every other scammer/buyer trying to get my knife. Sadly one of those new Steam friends (cnzx) was my real-life friend so it is absolutely impossible for him to be a scammer; I know him!

Today he contacted me because it was time for the transaction and I said that I already have a better offer (to bait him into highly overbidding). He ended up offering 500€ for a 200€ knife with the thought-up argument that it had the blue-dragon pattern.

So the group-chat with the middleman began again but at the point of me having to send the trade-offer I cancelled everything and admitted that I was scambaiting him/them. They instantly kicked me out of the group-chat so sadly there is no evidence of that chat. I'll provide everything from the private Steam chats.

This report is about the accused BUYER. Parallel to this report I will open another report that is about the Steam account of the middleman and I will link it to this report here. (I will do as soon as every screenshot of evidence is available on THIS report here)
