    What happened? Description:
    got a trade pop-up while playing in casuals, accepted. they offered a lucky no.42 and 2 keys for my blizzard storm tipped lip. i accepted the trade, and only when confirming it, got suspicious, and checked the craft quality of the .42; it was un-craftable, which drastically decreases its price (roughly 1/5th the value).declined it as a result.​

    Sorry but there is absolutely no evidence of any scam here - no chat/agreement nothing.
    If you get an offer and you do not like it just decline it and move on but that is not grounds for making a report here.
    SR doesn't get involved with value/pricing disputes either.
    Nothing provided suggests/shows this user is or was guilty of any wrong doing per policy.
