What happened? Description:

I put a comment on the profile of https://steamcommunity.com/id/gyboy/ asking for a trade. In few minutes I had a request of friendship of a guy with the same profile and he tryied to sell me the skins of the other account and he keep on telling me he was the owner of the other account which he uses for trades. I offered 100$ for 2 skins and he accept it so he sent me his paypal account "[email protected]". Then I start to suspect he was not the owner and I asked him to add me with the other account but he didn't want. He tryied to proof he was legit asking my trade link and sent me a picture of the trade awaiting the mobile confirmation. I insist in other proofs and the I was sure he was a scammer.​

The guy faked an account to sell me skins that are not of his property and wanted me to transfer money for them, I was close and I think he is scamming to other people using the same method, don't you think it is a scam?
