    Scam Report

Report Type: [Trade Offer Fraud] Using Trade Offer URL fraud
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198850908127

    Victim profile: 76561198071599775

    What happened? Description:
This person added me some time ago. I didn't really pay attention to him until today. He noticed an unusual taunt I've had in my inventory. He asked me whether he can buy it. We both agreed on selling it trough marketplace.tf for a bit over the actual price. It seemed fishy, but I wanted to see whether he is really interested or not. Then he said he needed to see my "steam-index" profile. He wanted me to log-in trough the fake Steam page. I noticed it. He immediatelly started offending me and after that he has removed me. If I had logged in to the site, he would cancel the original marketplace.tf offer and replace it with a fake one.

    Provide Evidence:
The screenshot shows our conversation to the point, where he has removed me from his friendlist. He asked me to log-in trough a "fake" site to show him informations about my profile and the item. Although I sent him my backpack.tf profile, he still wanted to see the fake site. You can see his profile on the right side.

I accidentally uploaded the screenshot 3 times. I'm also using a "Metro for Steam" theme. That's why my Steam client looks like that.
