What happened? Description:

The Accused asked to trade the Victim's crates for the Accused's unique quality weapons. (3 weapons = 0.17 ref).
The Accused then sent a trade offer that contained weapons and crates, but two of the four crates were a Robo Community Crate (1 ref) and a Mann Co. Audition Reel (17 ref)​

This is not a fair trade, ~18 ref for 0.17 ref.
