What happened? Description:

Scammer added me soon after I completed bot trade through one of the skin sites (no idea how he knew I traded). Then he tried to persuade me to exchange all my items on said site for TF2 keys and after he'd give me 2 arcanas in exchange for my 12 keys. After some back-and-forth, he agreed to trade all my items for 2 arcanas, on condition I sent him my items first and he would then send me 2 arcanas. I tried to waste as much of his time as possible. The next day, he posted a +rep comment on his profile from a new account using my profile picture and one of my past nicknames (SURE IT'S SUMMER IN HERE).​

What exactly are you reporting here?

A person tried to do a 'trust' scam, as in: send me your items first and then I'll send you stuff back. He's trying to pressure the person he's trading with into trade while affirming that he is trustworthy. Imo, that's a scammer. If you need any more explanation, I'd be happy to help

I don't see a scam attempt here, while it sounds fishy we can't just process reports based on assumptions that the user will scam you and not hold up his end of the trade agreement. In situations like this just ask the other party to send you a normal trade offer with the items you both agreed on, if the user refuses then just decline the trade and move on. There's no point risking a one-sided trade when the whole deal is about "items for items" trade.
