What happened? Description:

I was attempting to purchase the new Primal Beast Dark Behemoth skin on dotagiftx. Eric Cartman the scammer was the first one on the page and I started chatting with him on steam. Due to the item being untradable there is a 30 day wait period, so I put down half the money using paypal G&S and we went our way. Fast forward to tonight I am just sitting here and someone messages me saying they sold it to him a few days ago, then I go look and he removed me. I then tried to readd him, and he blocked me so now I am making this report because he also took the reserve off dotagiftx and is attempting to resell it. Paypal did side with me and give me my money but I dont want him scamming others.​

I will also attack photos that show who its linked to, can video it or do anything to prove its legit because I dont want him scamming others.

Note the image is attached with me highlighting over his name to show its to his steam id, I can again do whatever is needed for proof just let me know

Ok, I am not 100% sure how to reopen them exactly in the steam chat window, I was able to reopen them on the steam mobile client and take full screenshots with timestamps that match up to the others just with his correct name. I can send a video as well, if need be, attached will be the mobile client screenshots. If you know of any other way to reopen them in steam once someone has blocked you, I can do that for you, I am lucky enough to have gotten my money back but I'm afraid others won't be. Thank you for responding and hopefully this helps.

Ok So, on dotagiftx.com you can see that Eric Cartman currently has the same item relisted and blocked me without any notice trying to escape with my funds. In the chat logs provided we can see that he made an item reservation for the dark Behemoth which I paid as per the full transaction screenshot. In these pictures you can also see my trade history, incoming and sent offers which are none cause I didn’t receive my item, and even my user activity in Dota 2 which would show me getting gifted the item but nothing is there. He essentially is praying on people looking to either pay half of the skin up front or the full price then taking it down without notifying the user, relisting it, and trying to run away with the money by blocking people. Attached will be the screenshots in Fullscreen and if there is any other evidence I can provide please let me know as I’m willing to take videos and stuff explaining and showing. I also included a picture of his first ever steam name matching his email address and PayPal name proving it is him scamming.
