    What happened? Description:
    I am not native english speaker.

    I saw his thread on dota2lounge (https://dota2lounge.com/trades/250632212).
    i add him and We made deal that he will pay 105$ for my cursed black tb arcana with paypal. so i sent him a trade offer. when he gets my item, He didnt pay me. He immediately unfriends and blocks me. i took screenshot chat log and trade offer history.​

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
