    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud

    What happened? Description:
    This person added me months ago, staying quiet for a while, until today he messaged me, telling me he made a mistake and that he accidentally reported me for having duped items, and to contact an admin and that in 3 hours I will be banned.​

    @ILikeBread Who is the other user they gave you or mentioned? You left that out and its important to know that information.
    Also do you have any other ways of contacting this user outside of steam and did they seem off/different this time vs last time you spoke? Have you reported BOTH users to valve yet?? If not do that ASAP!!

    He did speak differently, the last time we spoke months ago he seemed derpy and cheerful, and then nothing until now. I am getting the steamrep info of the guy he directed me towards right now, and sadly I don't have any other way of contacting this user. I just wanted to wait with the reports until this is resolved here on steamrep in case any other piece of evidence is needed, and then report them afterwards.

    Update:The "admin" profile in question just comes up with an error when I tried to load it up, with the message "this specific profile could not be found".

    Reason I'm asking is they may have been hijacked/compromised. Only Valve would know that so make sure you've reported them to Valve! ASAP!
    It is a shame you don't have the other users info- that was likely the main culprit...but we will never know as you rushed this one without gathering up all evidence.
    Report them to Valve NOW not later...that must be done right now.

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
