    What happened? Description:
    Ele tentou roubar minha faca no CS:GO, dizendo que só iria enviar o dinheiro depois que enviasse a proposta de troca, porém eu não aceitei, porque sabia que eu não podia recuperar o item depois que enviasse a proposta. Além disso, ele mentiu ao dizer que o PayPal não aceita pedidos de reembolso.​

    He tried to steal my knife at CS: GO, saying that the money would only be sent after I sent the exchange proposal, but I didn't accept it, because I knew I couldn't recover the item after I sent the proposal. In addition, he lied when saying that PayPal does not accept refund requests.

    ok so you just assumed the user wouldn't pay you - you can't make reports here based on assumptions that isn't how it works.
    Please do not submit reports here like that since again - you have no idea if the user would have paid you or not.
    They could have very well reported you also for saying no and not trading cause they thought you would scam them.
    You are well within your right though to decline the trade and find someone else to trade with.
