    What happened? Description:
    Hello, I was playing tf2 when a guy buy the name of VorteX Still donating joins and spams a messaging saying please add me Im donating TF2 Items. I added him on steam and he responds a coupe of days later.​

    He took a screen shot of his inventory it is in the first chat screen shot. when I added him as a friend it was still a private inventory.

    @Mr.Gws You do realize this user is already banned/tagged and pretty much for the same reason you stated.
    It’s best when you come across a user like this to just report to Valve, delete and move on.
    Check a user our prior to dealing with them thru SteamRep, Google their ID and so on....a good trader will be patient while you check them out.
    Please do that in the future so you can avoid submitting a report against someone already tagged..nothing more we can do to them here.
    Report them to Valve instead.
